Repelle aims for ‘green’ by creating high fashion from recycled scraps

Ten years ago, Evelino Leandro and his wife founded Repelle, a company with eight international patents that produces sustainable high-fashion products using leather scraps. Through a process based on the circular economy, Repelle turns what others consider waste into authentic works of art. Evelino emphasizes that the company gives ‘new life to what for others was just trash’. Each item created by Repelle is then decorated with ‘Murrine’, giving each product uniqueness and originality.
